Kenneth Carnesi has extensive business and marketing experience in the emerging markets of Central Asia, Russia, Eastern Europe and China. Mr. Carnesi is adept at planning and implementation of large scale international joint venture commercial projects.  Kenneth Carnesi is also qualified in government procurement contracting and experienced in federal,state and local corporate regulatory compliance and administrative law and procedures. Currently, Mr. Carnesi is the Director of Operations & Government Relations at Anaptyx LLC, a leader in the Wi-Fi services industry. Kenneth is the Honorary Chairman on the Board of The Lazarus Organization. Mr. Carnesi is also a Director of Monkeetech, LLC.  and Madison Phillips, Inc. Mr. Carnesi has been published in Who's Who in America; Who's Who in Finance and Who's Who in the World. Kenneth Carnesi is the author of  the book, "All Hope Abandon" and is a receipient of the U.S. Senatorial Medal of Freedom. Kenneth Carnesi holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Professional Certificate in International Banking from Harvard Law School. Mr. Carnesi is a standing member of the IARCP.  Kenneth Carnesi was ordained by the Vatican in 1998, as a Knight Templar in the Order of the Poor Knights of Christ and served as the Prefect for the United States.
